You will translate evolving Copilot capabilities into practical business scenarios and help build a scalable enablement model across the organization.

You will report to the Manager, User Experience & Collaboration in a hybrid role, collaborating with partners to drive measurable growth in Copilot usage and engagement while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, communications, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supporting user adoption, training, or enablement at scale.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear, practical guidance.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot integrations.
• Experience driving customer success.

Responsibilities

• Track Copilot capabilities and map to practical business use cases.
• Expand Copilot champion program across departments.
• Lead Center of Excellence activities and use-case sharing.
• Identify opportunities with partners to improve productivity via Copilot.
• Develop adoption metrics, governance, and reporting tied to usage and value realization.
• Create standardized enablement materials and guides.
• Grow Copilot usage across assigned departments.
• Build relationships with champions and partners for feedback loops.
• Assist in enterprise-wide agentic AI management strategies.
