Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company seeks a Copilot Adoption Specialist to scale adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the enterprise from Cranberry Township, PA. Hybrid role with no relocation.

You will translate Copilot capabilities into practical business scenarios, develop enablement materials, and drive usage metrics while partnering with departments and external partners to achieve measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience supporting user adoption, training, or enablement initiatives at scale.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear, practical guidance.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 platforms (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform).
• Experience supporting user adoption, training, or enablement programs at scale.
• Engage with all partners across departments.
• Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-evolving environment.
• Must have experience driving customer success.

Responsibilities

• Track new Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and map them to business use cases.
• Support and expand the Copilot champion program across departments.
• Lead Center of Excellence activities, enablement sessions, and use case sharing.
• Work with partners to identify opportunities to improve productivity and collaboration.
• Develop adoption metrics, governance approaches, communications, and reporting.
• Create standardized enablement materials and guides.
• Improve measurable growth in Copilot usage across departments.
• Build relationships with champions and partners to sustain feedback loops.
• Help enable enterprise-wide agentic AI management strategies

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
