You will lead marketing campaigns, digital content, and events to generate leads, while building a scalable playbook to expand into related applications. Travel of about 20–25% is expected, with a focus on the Americas and occasional Japan.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in defined MH markets and applications.
• 3+ years of solution sales or engineering at OEMs/Machine Builders.
• Technical knowledge of industrial automation including VFDs, motion control, PLCs/HMI.
• Strong writing, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 20-25% in the Americas; occasional travel to Japan.

Aufgaben

• Develop GTM strategy and tools for defined microsegments and major projects.
• Drive specification at End User applications leveraging existing customer successes.
• Collaborate with sales to target OEMs; align with EU sales, distribution, and direct sales.
• Create a microsegment playbook and coordinate cross-functional teams for tailored solutions.
• Manage marketing campaigns, events, digital content, and lead generation.
• Track KPIs and report insights for continuous improvement.
