Job summary

Hy-Tek Intralogistics is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead high-priority material handling projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure delivery of customer-centric solutions across multiple sites.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and the ability to work with vendors, end users, and distributors. Travel ~50% and a dynamic, collaborative environment are part of the position.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex material handling projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with project controls, budgets, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client communications point during implementations.
• Manage project schedule to meet agreed timelines.
• Control project scope and ensure required work is included.
• Develop resource plans and maintain detailed cost variance reports.
• Identify and prioritize project risks and issues.
• Build customer relationships and deliver solutions.
• Coordinate weekly status meetings and reports.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure standards are met.
• Handle legal aspects with support from legal (contracts, permits).
• Assist with project close-out documents and knowledge transfer.
