Lumen Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Director of Regional Enterprise Sales Expansion to lead and grow the North America expansion sales team.

You will drive cross-sell, upgrade opportunities within existing accounts, and deliver strategies to increase lifetime customer value across strategic product lines. You will coach high-performing sales professionals, forecast accurately, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering to accelerate outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelorb4s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of experience leading enterprise technology sales teams in a consultative, solution-selling environment.
• 1+ years of experience leading sales leaders and/or managing multi-layered sales organizations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and executive-level relationship management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of enterprise sales professionals focused on expansion, cross-sell, and upgrade opportunities within existing accounts.
• Drive achievement of sales, revenue, and profitability objectives through execution of strategic growth initiatives and disciplined sales management practices.
• Maintain accountability for pipeline health, funnel creation, forecast accuracy, and improved conversion rates across the team.
• Foster a digital-first sales environment by promoting adoption of digital tools and capabilities among sellers and customers.
• Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Sales Support, and Service Delivery teams to accelerate business outcomes and improve the customer experience.
• Recruit, retain, and develop top sales talent while building strong internal and external networks to strengthen organizational capability.
• Leverage customer insights, industry knowledge, and strategic relationships to identify opportunities, influence business decisions, and support long-term growth objectives
