Job summary

Branches is a mission-driven nonprofit organization focused on empowering families and small businesses across South Florida. The Micro-Business Program Manager drives strategic execution, participant development, event coordination, inventory tracking, and grant compliance to scale impact.

The role blends high-level program management with hands-on coaching, overseeing workshops, community outreach, and ensure compliance with funder expectations while fostering a supportive, purpose-driven

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of related experience may substitute for degree requirement.
Experience working with small businesses is preferred.
Proficiency in written and spoken English; Creole language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Advise participants on business registration and regulatory requirements, and connect them with partners for specialized support.
Refer participants to Personal financial wellness sessions to improve budgeting and debt management.
Coordinate intake, screenings, onboarding, and enrollment of business members.
Maintain data accuracy and audit readiness in CRM and Change Machine systems.
