Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Program Coordinator for our MicroEnterprise program in Fort Myers. The role coordinates entrepreneurship training programs, engages participants, and supports community partnerships.

The coordinator oversees logistics, records, budget monitoring, and events, with travel across Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry, and Glades counties and evenings/weekends as required. A High School diploma or GED is required; at least two years in program coordination and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in program coordination, workforce development, education, nonprofit management, or small business support required.
• Budget monitoring or basic financial management experience preferred.
• Provide outstanding customer service to participants, partners, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Passion for helping entrepreneurs and strengthening local communities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom and SharePoint.
• Ability to learn participant database systems and reporting software.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and events simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate entrepreneurship training programs, workshops, and special events.
• Recruit, enroll, and support Facilitators, Business Coaches and aspiring entrepreneurs' suitability.
• Schedule classrooms, speakers, coaches, and community partners.
• Maintain participant records and prepare program reports.
• Assist with budget tracking, and monitoring program expenses.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, community organizations, volunteers, and business resource partners.
• Assist with planning graduation ceremonies, pitch competitions, and other signature events.
• Maintain daily content on social media platforms.
