Job summary

Dry Farm Wines is seeking a Hospitality Account Concierge to deliver Michelin-level service across multiple communication channels. You will educate customers about our portfolio, respond to inquiries, and contribute to a premium e-commerce experience.

The role requires at least 4 years in a high-caliber hospitality setting, knowledge of wine, and strong communication skills. Remote or distributed collaboration is supported, with a focus on delivering exceptional, personalized experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a high-caliber hospitality environment (Michelin-starred restaurant, luxury hotel, fine wine retail, or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of wine (production, regions, natural and biodynamic farming, and food pairing).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in a polished, educated, and approachable manner—both written and verbal.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers across all channels (phone, email, text, and live chat).
• Collaborate with the hospitality team to surface customer feedback and insights for the Director of Hospitality.
• Represent the Dry Farm Wines brand with consistency and integrity across touchpoints.
• Anticipate customer needs and resolve issues with grace and efficiency.
