Job summary

Dry Farm Wines is seeking a Customer Experience role in Napa to engage Members with the world’s finest artisan wines. You will curate selections, respond promptly to inquiries, and help members taste and discover wines they love, while maintaining our health-first, community-driven ethos.

You will collaborate with the Custom Experience team to deliver a one-of-a-kind wine journey, drive repeat memberships, and share insights that shape buying decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in customer-facing roles or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of wine regions, varieties, and styles is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch customer experience for Members and wine enthusiasts.
• Curate wine selections based on taste preferences and inventory availability.
• Build relationships with Members and provide proactive problem solving and insights.
