Job summary

Dry Farm Wines is seeking a Custom Experience Concierge to ensure premium membership experiences across wine, service, and lifestyle. You will curate wine selections, personalize memberships, and handle high-touch inquiries with white-glove hospitality.

Responsibilities include building relationships with Members, delivering expert wine recommendations, and guiding customers through personalized experiences that reflect our artisan, premium brand.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• 3+ years in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of major wine regions, grape varieties, and wine styles (3+ years in wine).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Concierge-level service to Members with personalized, elevated experiences.
• Curate wine selections and memberships based on individual taste preferences.
• Communicate effectively to address inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with Members and provide expert wine recommendations and guidance.
