Job summary

Dry Farm Wines is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our Custom Experience team. You will engage Members, curate wine selections, and provide thoughtful, personalized support to enhance the wine journey.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in customer-facing roles, 3+ years in luxury hospitality, and strong knowledge of wine regions. This role offers a distributed work model with flexible in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a customer-facing role.
• Minimum 3 years in a luxury hospitality role.
• Strong knowledge of major wine regions, grape varieties, and wine styles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; high-touch, personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Experience in wine, preferably natural wine; engage Members and curate selections.
• Assist Members by understanding tastes, answering questions, and guiding purchases.
• Build relationships with Members and guide them through their wine journey.
