Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver superior guest experiences in hospitality.
• Experience hiring and leading teams, with coaching and performance management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, across frontline and leadership levels.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, menu execution, and safety standards.
• Background in restaurant or hospitality management, especially in high-volume or premium settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and guest service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth service and quality control.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Contribute to budgeting, labor management, and inventory controls; support local marketing.
