Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations and guest service standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth service and quality control.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
  • Contribute to budgeting, labor management, and inventory controls; support local marketing.

Role Description

The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role manages front-of-house teams, coordinates with kitchen leadership, and monitors service standards to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The Restaurant Manager oversees staff scheduling, training, and performance, supports hiring and onboarding, and ensures adherence to company policies and food safety regulations. The role includes managing inventory and cost controls, supporting local marketing initiatives, and resolving guest concerns in a timely, professional manner. The Restaurant Manager collaborates closely with senior leadership to meet financial goals, uphold Levy’s service standards, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.


Qualifications


  • Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

  • Experience with Hiring and team leadership, including training, coaching, and performance management.

  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members and guests.

  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu execution, quality standards, and safety compliance.

  • Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a high-volume or premium dining environment.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.

  • Proficiency in basic business and financial concepts, such as budgeting, labor management, and inventory control.

  • Commitment to creating an inclusive, respectful work environment and supporting diverse team members.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or business is beneficial.
