Job summary

Compass is seeking an in-office Customer Success & Office Coordinator for our Miami location. You will welcome visitors, manage mail, stock, events, and general office operations while supporting customers with Compass tools and onboarding.

You will collaborate with the agent experience team to resolve questions, provide basic marketing support, and promote adoption of Compass technology. A 1–2 year background in related roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Experience with enterprise tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage mail distribution and office supplies.
• Oversee office appearance and facilities, escalate issues as needed.
• Provide 1:1 support to customers on Compass tools and programs.
• Assist onboarding processes for new customers with the National Onboarding team.
• Collaborate with other teams to address questions and feedback from agents.
