Compass is hiring an Agent Experience Coordinator to be the face of our offices, delivering a world-class experience for agents and staff. You will manage the office, assist with training on our tools, and support marketing requests, all while championing a positive culture and efficient workflows.

You will work closely with the agent experience team to resolve inquiries, set up events, and ensure office standards are maintained. A passion for community and solid communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise tech (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
• Strong listening skills and empathy for customers.
• Desire to build community and engage in-office activities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized.
• Able to work in the office during standard hours.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage office appearance and mail distribution.
• Provide 1:1 support for Compass technology adoption.
• Create collateral from templates and liaise with Marketing for complex requests.
• Collaborate with teams to relay agent feedback.
• Troubleshoot basic tech and conferencing equipment issues.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support such as meeting prep and data entry.
• Be a culture carrier who drives positive change.
