Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager in the Miami area to grow our multifamily staffing portfolio. The role focuses on generating new business with property management firms, visiting communities, and promoting InterSolutions offerings.

You will manage client relationships, collaborate with Marketing on lead campaigns, and work with the central office on cost reductions while targeting growth across current and new accounts.

Qualifications

• Must have at least five years of experience as a supplier to the local Multifamily industry or have a property management background.
• Bilingual - English and Spanish
• Deep understanding of residential property management operations and personnel management
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proven track record of meeting growth and sales targets

Responsibilities

• Lead the process of generating and following up with qualified leads, promoting and selling our capabilities
• Schedule and meet with key contacts at Property Management Companies
• Visit 45 to 55 apartment communities a week
• Document all visits, meetings, and follow-up appointments in property management software
• Develop and implement plans to meet target growth objectives for current customers and new accounts
