Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in multifamily asset management/operations.
• Experience overseeing third‑party management and preserving financial performance.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, NOI, and property-level reporting.
• Spanish language skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third‑party property management partners and hold them accountable to approved business plans, financial targets, and operational goals.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, renewals, rental rates, concessions, collections, delinquency, bad debt, and unit availability.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve occupancy, accelerate lease‑up, and maximize rental revenue while maintaining appropriate pricing.
• Oversee operational and leasing strategy for assets managed directly by the Company.
• Conduct regular property visits and maintain a strong understanding of onsite operations, property conditions, tenant issues, competitive properties, and local market dynamics.
