Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our multifamily staffing portfolio in the Ft. Lauderdale, FL area.

You will be the face of the company, building relationships with property management clients to generate new temporary staffing business and drive growth. Responsibilities include lead generation, networking, meetings with managers, on-site community visits, and collaboration with Marketing on campaigns.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in a role supplying the local Multifamily industry or direct property management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting growth and sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the process of generating and following up with qualified leads, promoting and selling our capabilities.
• Network and participate in local Apartment Association events and similar groups.
• Schedule and meet with key contacts at Property Management Companies.
• Visit 45 to 55 apartment communities weekly and document activities in software.
• Coordinate with Marketing on lead gen campaigns and communicate value proposition.
