Job summary

ResProp Management is hiring a Multifamily Property Manager in Miami, FL to lead a high-performing team across multiple locations. You will drive revenue growth, supervise hiring and training, and foster strong owner relationships while ensuring resident satisfaction and optimal property performance.

The role requires 3 years in multifamily management, team leadership experience, and a solid grasp of budgeting and P&L concepts.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in multifamily property management.
• 3 years of hiring, training, coaching teams.
• Solid business acumen with experience owning and driving P&L’s.
• A college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase property revenue by building a high-performing team with strengths in sales and service.
• Assess, train and develop your team on salesmanship and operational best practices.
• Build strong relationships with maintenance professionals to ensure your property presents as best in class.
• Be accessible to the needs of the community (nights and weekends if required).
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and requests promptly.
• Manage client/owner relationships by meeting with owners and providing performance updates.
• Lead budgeting tasks including annual operating budget and forecasting.
