Job summary

Call Your Mother Deli is seeking a District Manager based in the DMV area to lead multiple shops with hands‑on leadership and coaching. You will mentor General Managers, drive hospitality, and ensure operational excellence across the market.

You will guide teams, influence culture, and push growth through strategic planning, hiring, and daily execution. This role offers growth, strong compensation, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of multi‑unit leadership in quick‑service/high‑volume restaurants.
• Proven ability to review P&L and support frontline operations.
• Strong track record in developing teams and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Directly support and develop General Managers and hourly Shop Leaders across multiple shops.
• Work manager shifts shoulder to shoulder with shop teams.
• Communicate and reinforce vision, culture, and standards for exceptional execution every day.
• Spend significant time in shops coaching leaders and improving operations, hospitality, food quality, and team performance.
• Train and mentor leaders on scheduling, labor management, hiring, inventory controls, food safety, and financial performance.
• Partner with General Managers to build strong teams, create succession plans, and develop future leaders at every level.
• Conduct regular business reviews focused on P&L, guest feedback, opportunities, and growth plans.
• Support leaders in resolving facilities, maintenance, technology, staffing, and operational challenges.
• Foster a culture of accountability, development, belonging, and high performance.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and disciplined execution.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, organization, and hospitality.
• Represent Call Your Mother in the community through local partnerships and events.
• Serve as a calm, confident problem solver during high‑pressure situations.
