Call Your Mother is seeking a District Manager based in Philadelphia to lead 3–6 shops, coach General Managers, and drive results with our VIBES culture. You will spend significant time in the shops, developing leaders, owning P&L oversight, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across locations.

You’ll spend most of your time in the shops, building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and aligning with core values while delivering growth and profitability for the business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in quick-service or high-volume restaurant environments.
• Strong understanding of P&L ownership, labor management, inventory controls, scheduling, and food costs.

Responsibilities

• Directly support and develop General Managers and hourly Shop Leaders across multiple shops.
• Work manager shifts shoulder-to-shoulder with shop teams to stay connected with operations and guest experience.
• Bring Call Your Mother’s vision and BIG V.I.B.E.S. to life through exceptional execution in every shop.
• Spend significant time in shops coaching leaders and improving operations, hospitality, and financial performance.
• Train and mentor leaders on scheduling, labor management, hiring, inventory controls, and food safety.
• Partner with General Managers to build strong teams and develop future leaders.
• Conduct regular business reviews focused on P&L performance, guest feedback, and growth plans.
• Proactively solve facilities, maintenance, technology, and staffing challenges to keep shops running smoothly.
• Build a positive, high-performing culture rooted in accountability, belonging, and teamwork.
• Drive sales growth and profitability by improving operations and ensuring consistent execution.
• Champion food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality across shops.
• Build community relationships through local partnerships and events.
• Stay calm under pressure with a solutions-first mindset.
