Job summary

Call Your Mother invites an experienced District Manager to lead multiple Miami shops, coaching General Managers and shop leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong financial results.

You will drive operational excellence, mentor leaders, and ensure our vibrant culture is lived in every location while overseeing growth and new shop openings. This hands-on leadership role requires a proactive, data-driven approach and a passion for building great teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit leadership in quick-service/high-volume restaurants.
• Strong understanding of P&L ownership, labor and food cost controls.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and develop teams.
• Able to work weekends/holidays and travel within region.

Responsibilities

• Directly support and develop General Managers and hourly Shop Leaders across multiple shops.
• Coach teams shoulder-to-shoulder in shops to improve operations.
• Lead execution of Call Your Mother’s vision and BIG VIBES daily.
• Conduct regular business reviews focused on performance and growth.
• Collaborate with General Managers on staffing and succession planning.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through consistent execution.
