Job summary

Trivium is seeking a Life Manager in Miami to support a husband-and-wife team. The role blends personal/household management with business/event operations, with on-site work about two days per week and domestic travel as needed.

You will build and run systems to streamline deliveries, vendor coordination, travel bookings, and event logistics, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for both principals.

Qualifications

• Based in Miami with a valid driver’s license and own car.
• 1+ year of professional experience owning tasks end to end.
• Detail-obsessed; you track everything and nothing falls through the cracks.
• Resourceful and self-directed: figure out how to achieve a goal; be proactive.
• Proactive: you handle things before you are asked.
• Comfortable switching between personal/household work and business/event work; support two principals.
• Able to travel domestically on occasion.
• Discreet and trustworthy with access to personal and financial information.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working as a 1099 contractor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee household and personal tasks: deliveries, vendors, home upkeep, travel itineraries, and pet logistics.
• Plan and run events end to end: venues, vendors, merch, timelines, on-site coordination.
• Handle business/operational support and vendor relationships; review straightforward agreements.
• Maintain tight communication and task tracking in Slack and spreadsheets.
