Core Scientific, Inc. is seeking an Events Manager in Miami, FL to lead planning, budgeting, and execution of our event programs.

This on-site role owns the event portfolio, coordinates sponsors, venues, and logistics, and travels for major events to ensure memorable experiences for clients and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate with executives and internal teams to define objectives, secure funding, and deliver high-impact events across conferences, tradeshows, client dinners, and VIP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in corporate events, conferences, or experiential marketing with end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the company event portfolio (sports, community, sales, executive, investor, tradeshow) and shared calendar.
• Lead planning for designated events, including conferences, sponsorship activations, and VIP visits.
• Manage venues, vendors, contracts, catering, production, invitations, transportation, and on-site logistics.
• Travel to major events and provide hands-on leadership before, during, and after execution.
