Job summary

Poppy AI in Miami is seeking a Life Manager to support a husband-and-wife team. The role blends personal/household management with light business operations and events, requiring on-site presence about two days per week and occasional domestic travel.

You will manage deliveries, vendors, travel itineraries, event logistics, and vendor relationships, building systems so the principals never have to worry about logistics again. This is a 1099 contractor starting role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional experience owning tasks end to end.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Discreet and trustworthy with access to personal information.

Responsibilities

• Receive, open and redirect deliveries; keep the home orderly and running.
• Book flights, hotels and full travel itineraries.
• Plan and run events end to end: venues, vendors, merch, timelines and on-site execution.
• Manage small vendor relationships and review straightforward agreements.
• Keep communication and task tracking tight in Slack and spreadsheets.
