Job summary

Trivium in Miami (Brickell) seeks an Executive Assistant / Life Manager to own the day-to-day life and schedule of a 30-year-old entrepreneur. Build processes from scratch, then run them so she never has to think about logistics again.

You will work with both founders in a trusted group setting, becoming indispensable within a few months as you design and implement a calendar, inbox, travel, and personal-finance system.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years as an executive assistant, personal assistant, house manager or comparable service-driven role.
• Based in Miami (or relocating before October) and able to work in person.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Deeply organised with proactive follow-through.
• Calm under pressure and discreet with private information.

Responsibilities

• Build and own an organisational system synced to her phone.
• Manage calendar end-to-end, book personal and medical appointments.
• Coordinate travel, flights, hotels, and itineraries roughly four times a month.
• Monitor and triage email, surface important items and clear noise.
• Provide weekly personal finance snapshot of revenue and spend.
• Coordinate home maintenance and vendors; be point of contact.
