Job summary

Traded in Miami is seeking an Events Lead to build premium events across real estate, venture capital, startups, private capital, and business. You will own events from concept through execution, curate guest lists, secure venues, manage budgets, and develop sponsorships that deliver measurable ROI.

Based in Bay Harbor Islands, you’ll work in person, partner with brands, venues, and partners to create high-energy, high-end experiences that align with the Traded brand and audience of developers,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in events, partnerships, sponsorships, or related fields.
• Strong network in Miami's real estate, hospitality, and startup ecosystems.
• Ability to sell high-ticket sponsorships and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own Traded’s Miami events strategy from idea to execution.
• Build a calendar of curated, high-end events across real estate, venture capital, startups, private capital, and business.
• Develop event concepts that feel premium, relevant, differentiated, and aligned with the Traded brand.
• Research and source speakers, moderators, venues, sponsors, attendees, and collaborators.
• Secure venues and manage relationships with venues, restaurants, hotels, clubs, vendors and production partners.
• Create and sell sponsorship packages, event partnerships, and multi-event programs.
• Manage event operations: budgets, timelines, invitations, guest communication, run of show, post-event follow-up.
• Partner with the Traded media team to turn events into content and sponsor visibility.
