Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow its Miami‑Dade footprint. This field‑based, relationship‑driven role focuses on developing referral sources that yield restoration opportunities and commercial cleaning accounts.

You’ll work with the Owner/Operator to build local market presence, prospect partners like plumbers, property managers, and insurers, and manage an active pipeline with disciplined follow‑up.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in business development or outside sales within B2B services.
• Experience building referral relationships and selling into local commercial accounts is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred for Miami-Dade market.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new referral relationships with partners such as plumbers, property managers, and contractors.
• Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and lunches to build pipeline and close opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and activity; coordinate with owner/operations to align service delivery with opportunities.
