Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration in Southwest Florida seeks a motivated Business Development Manager to own a partner pipeline—plumbers, property managers, HOAs, insurers, and real estate pros—driving restoration referrals.

You'll prospect aggressively, schedule meetings, maintain relationships with current partners, report results weekly, and hit revenue goals. This role is commission-based with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience: Strong, proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals; local Southwest Florida contacts preferred; existing restoration book is a plus.
• Selling skills: differentiating value and using online tools/AI to identify targets and create efficient sales routes.
• Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
• Must reside in Southwest Florida.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential new customers and referral sources, and find ways to start conversations.
• Create and execute a focused territory sales plan and maintain sales route records.
• Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target referral prospects.
• Conduct regular face-to-face visits with current and prospective referral partners.
• Gain commitment from customers leading to referrals of those needing restoration services.
• Follow up consistently to build lasting relationships.
• Track pipeline, activity, and results in our CRM and maintain the customer contact database.
• Complete weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Maintain contact with existing customers both by phone and in person.
• Make group presentations to prospective organizations.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure the promised experience is delivered.
• Engage in trade, community, and networking activities, including events outside normal hours.
