Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Jacksonville–St. Augustine is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager in Jacksonville, FL to grow the referral network for cleaning and restoration services.

This outside sales role focuses on establishing long-term partnerships with insurers, property managers, Realtors, and contractors while earning uncapped commissions. You will promote our full portfolio—water and fire restoration, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, and other cleaning

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and nurture referral relationships.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills in a business-to-business context.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent schedule of in-person visits with referral partners.
• Generate new referral relationships and strengthen existing partnerships.
• Educate partners on cleaning and restoration capabilities and services.
• Attend networking events, trade associations, and chamber events.
• Represent the company at local networking organizations (BNI, etc.).
• Deliver marketing materials and promotional items and track activity in CRM.
