Voda Cleaning & Restoration in Southwest Florida is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to own a pipeline of referral partners—plumbers, property managers, HOAs, insurance agents and real estate professionals—who call Voda first when restoration hits. You will prospect aggressively and secure meetings with decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Strong, proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Established local contacts in Southwest Florida home services.
• Book of business in restoration is a strong plus.
• Must reside in Southwest Florida.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential new customers and referral sources in SW Florida.
• Create and execute a focused territory sales plan and maintain sales route records.
• Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target referral prospects.
• Conduct regular face-to-face visits with current and prospective referral partners.
• Gain commitment from customers leading to referrals of those in need of restoration services.
• Follow up consistently – build long-term relationships.
• Track pipeline, activity, and results in the CRM.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and report results.
