Sysco Nashville, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to support the MHE team in Nashville. The position involves maintaining material handling equipment and industrial batteries, with emphasis on safety and preventive maintenance.

The role requires reading technical procedures, performing electrical and mechanical repairs, and collaborating with battery technicians. The work often includes non-traditional hours and on-call duties to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED; tech school or equivalent preferred.
• Four years in an MHE maintenance position or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate understanding and adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of AC/DC low voltage controls and electrical systems; perform small electrical repairs and welding as needed.
• Maintain MHE fleet; perform PMs, check oil levels, belts/chain inspection, electrical troubleshooting, motor/controls replacement.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, mechanical transmissions, drive units, braking and steering systems.
• Assist battery technicians; battery charger repairs, water changes, equalizing charges, spill cleanup.
