Sysco Louisville, Inc. is seeking an Operations maintenance assistant to support MHE technician III by performing preventive maintenance and battery servicing on material handling equipment.

Responsibilities include electrical and mechanical repairs, safety compliance, and CMMS documentation. Requires 4 years of MHE maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and Sysco certifications within the stated timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4 years in an MHE maintenance position or equivalent experience.
• Tech school or equivalent preferred (2 years).
• Must obtain a Powered Industrial Equipment Certification from Sysco within 3 months.

Responsabilités

• Assist MHE technician III with maintenance activities and battery maintenance.
• Adhere to safety policies and follow governing requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on MHE fleet and batteries.
• Repair electrical controls, hydraulics, and mechanical systems; assist in minor electrical and welding tasks.
• Document time and material usage in CMMS daily; maintain clean, organized work areas.
