Job summary

CBRE is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the operation of building systems and automated equipment in a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and continuously improve MHE and robotic systems throughout the site.

You will document preventive maintenance, manage inventory, and collaborate with the Client and Operations teams. Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on tool experience are essential, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• US work authorization required now and in the future.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using hand tools.
• Ability to solve problems and follow standard procedures.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and robotics.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Build positive working relationships with client and operations teams.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
