Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced MFT Workload Automation Support Engineer to manage and support enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms and workload automation processes. In this role, you will ensure smooth and secure data flow across systems and partners, focusing on job scheduling, secure file transfers, and production support.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing Tidal Scheduler, configuring MFT platforms like JSCAPE and GoAnywhere, and knowledge of secure file transfer protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience with MFT platforms: JSCAPE and GoAnywhere.
• Expertise in Workload Automation using Tidal Scheduler.
• Knowledge of secure file transfer protocols like SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and AS2.

• Manage Tidal Scheduler jobs: create, monitor, modify, and troubleshoot batch/N2M processes.
• Configure calendars, dependencies, triggers, and job groups; handle production deployments.
• Administer MFT platforms and secure protocols.

Skills

We are seeking an experienced MFT Workload Automation Support Engineer to manage and support enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms and workload automation processes. The role involves production support, job scheduling, secure file transfers, and partner integrations, ensuring smooth and secure data flow across internal systems and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Tidal Scheduler jobs: create, monitor, modify, and troubleshoot batch/N2M processes.
• Configure calendars, dependencies, triggers, and job groups; handle production deployments.
• Administer MFT platforms (JSCAPE, GoAnywhere) and secure protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2).
• Monitor logs, resolve transfer failures, and support partner onboarding.
• Handle PGP encryption, certificates, and key management.
• Participate in incident, problem, change management (ITIL) and on-call rotations.
• Prepare technical documentation and SOPs, and support platform enhancements.

Required Technical Skills

• Experience with MFT platforms: JSCAPE, GoAnywhere.
• Expertise in Workload Automation: Tidal Scheduler.
• Knowledge of secure file transfer protocols: SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2.
