Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in IT, with 3+ years in Managed File Transfer (MFT) development/support.

• Design, develop, and configure workflows in GoAnywhere and Axway SecureTransport.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure workflows in GoAnywhere and Axway SecureTransport.
• Implement secure file transfers using SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, and related protocols.
• Integrate MFT solutions with enterprise apps, APIs, databases, and cloud storage.
• Provide day-to-day administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of file transfers.
• Manage PGP encryption, SSL/TLS certificates, and user access controls.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PCI, SOX, GDPR, and security policies.
• Document workflows and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6+ years in IT, with 3+ years in MFT development/support.
• Hands-on with GoAnywhere MFT (Projects, Workflows, Triggers, Keys).
• Hands-on with Axway SecureTransport (Partners, Routes, Policies, Certificates).
• Strong knowledge of file transfer protocols and scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell, or Groovy).
• Experience with encryption, key management, and cloud storage integration.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

Nice to Have

• Other MFT tools (MoveIT, Sterling, Cleo).
• CI/CD automation for MFT deployments.
• API/EDI integration and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• ITIL/ITSM process knowledge.
