Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced MFT Workload Automation Support Engineer to manage and support enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms and workload automation processes. In this role, you will ensure smooth and secure data flow across systems and partners, focusing on job scheduling, secure file transfers, and production support.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing Tidal Scheduler, configuring MFT platforms like JSCAPE and GoAnywhere, and knowledge of secure file transfer protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience with MFT platforms: JSCAPE and GoAnywhere.
• Expertise in Workload Automation using Tidal Scheduler.
• Knowledge of secure file transfer protocols like SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and AS2.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tidal Scheduler jobs: create, monitor, modify, and troubleshoot batch/N2M processes.
• Configure calendars, dependencies, triggers, and job groups; handle production deployments.
• Administer MFT platforms and secure protocols.

Skills

Experience with MFT platforms (JSCAPE, GoAnywhere)

Expertise in Workload Automation (Tidal Scheduler)

Knowledge of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2)

Strong job monitoring, scheduling, and troubleshooting skills

Certificate management (SSL/TLS, SSH keys)

Experience with PGP encryption and secure data handling

Familiarity with ITIL-based incident management
