Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions in the United States is looking for an MFT Systems Support professional to maintain and support file transfer systems. You will configure and troubleshoot SFG, Connect:Direct, and SFTP transmissions, monitoring for failures and assisting clients in onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with file transmissions, a strong understanding of relevant tools, and the ability to work independently. This is a key role requiring effective communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in file transmissions builds and support.
• Strong knowledge of Sterling File Gateway / Connect:Direct, SFTP and HTTPS protocols.
• Working knowledge of Linux/AIX environments and SQL (basic queries).
• Understanding of encryption standards (PGP, SSL/TLS, PKI).
• Experience with client onboarding and incident management tools.
