Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions is seeking a MFT Tower Lead to operate onsite in Irvine, CA. The role will manage and support enterprise MFT platforms, ensuring high availability, security, and reliability of file transfers across production and non-production environments.

You will troubleshoot complex transfer failures, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive deployment validations and incident resolutions to maintain SLA commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and supporting enterprise MFT platforms (on-prem and cloud).
• Ability to troubleshoot file transfer failures, authentication, certificates, and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise MFT platforms in production and non-production environments.
• Provide L2/L3 operational support and incident resolution.
• Coordinate with security, network, and infrastructure teams during issue resolution.
• Validate deployments, perform RCA, and ensure secure file transfer services.
