Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer to join our team in Frederick, MD. The sonographer will perform detailed fetal surveys, assist with procedures, and document findings for interpretation by physicians.

The ideal candidate will have ARDMS certification, OB/GYN or FE credentials, and at least 6 months of OB/GYN/MFM ultrasound experience. Comprehensive benefits and supportive work-life balance are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited sonography program with degree in ultrasonography or equivalent.
• Maintain or be eligible for ARDMS certification.
• ARDMS OB/GYN or Fetal Echo (FE) certified or eligible within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed fetal anatomical surveys, including twins and triplets.
• Assist physicians with amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling.
• Document exam findings, measurements, images, and procedures.
• Record patient history and indications per protocols and standards.
• Generate clear preliminary reports for physician review.
