Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group’s Maternal‑Fetal Medicine Clinic in Houston seeks a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to perform high‑risk MFM ultrasounds and support patients and physicians in a collaborative care environment. Candidates should graduate from an accredited sonography program with ARDMS OB/GYN eligibility and CPR certification.

This full‑time role offers a Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule with no weekends or holidays, and onsite parking is fully covered by the practice.

Qualifications

• Graduates of an accredited sonography program with degree in ultrasonography or equivalent.
• Maintain or be eligible for ARDMS certification.
• ARDMS OB/GYN or Fetal Echo (FE) certified or eligible within 12 months of hire.
• Provide evidence of continuing education credits.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed fetal anatomical surveys, including twins and triplets.
• Assist physicians with procedures such as amniocentesis and CVS.
• Document exam findings, measurements, images, and procedure details.
• Record patient history and indications per protocols.
• Generate preliminary reports for physician review and final signature.
• Review studies with physicians to support diagnostic accuracy.
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with policies.
