Job summary

Medix in Marietta, GA is seeking a skilled MFM diagnostic medical sonographer to manage high-risk obstetric patients with Level II scans and fetal well‑being assessments.

This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no call or weekend requirements, finishing early at 2:30 PM on Fridays. You will work with GE Voluson and Philips Elite systems, using Epic EMR and ViewPoint workflows.

Qualifications

• Active ARDMS OB/GYN certification.
• Experience in OB/GYN or Maternal-Fetal Medicine setting.
• Ability to maintain 30–45 minute scan schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform 10–11 ultrasound exams per day.
• Conduct Level II / Targeted Fetal Anatomy Scans (45‑minute slots).
• Perform BPPs, growth scans, and Doppler evaluations.
• Assist with amniocenteses and cerclage removals.
• Provide inpatient ultrasound coverage at partner facilities as needed.
