Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer for our Maternal-Fetal Medicine Clinic in Houston, Texas. This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday working schedule, focusing on high-risk MFM ultrasounds and providing collaborative care to patients and physicians.

Ideal candidates are expected to possess an accredited sonography program degree, eligibility for ARDMS OB/GYN certification, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. The role includes performing fetal anatomical surveys and assisting with procedures while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited sonography program with a degree in ultrasonography or equivalent.
• Maintain or be eligible for ARDMS certification.
• Minimum six months experience as an ultrasound technician in OB/GYN or MFM.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed fetal anatomical surveys.
• Assist physicians with procedures like amniocentesis.
• Document exam findings and maintain ultrasound equipment.

Education
