You will build talent pools, conduct interviews, and manage relationships while maintaining ATS data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute an effective sourcing strategy to identify top talent.

• Dedicatedly network and build robust candidate pools for multiple roles and locations.
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against client requirements and culture fit.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Update ATS data entry and reports; support special projects.
