Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a results-driven account executive to develop, manage, and grow key customer relationships across metal markets, driving revenue and long-term partnerships. You will identify new opportunities, expand existing accounts, and coordinate with operations, logistics, and accounting to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Travel as needed, mentor other account executives, and represent the company at national and regional industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow key customer relationships across metal markets to drive revenue and long-term partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts to increase volume and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitive positioning to inform pricing strategies and maximize margins.
• Act as the primary sales point of contact for customers, ensuring high service levels, responsiveness, and issue resolution.
• Work cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and accounting to ensure efficient execution and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Account Executives, supporting development, training, and performance improvement.
• Travel as needed to develop new business, maintain relationships, and represent the company in the market.
• Attend national and regional ReMA events to build industry relationships and generate new opportunities.
