Job summary

Recordati Rare Diseases, Inc. (RRD), North America is seeking a Rare Disease Account Manager to lead promotional relationships with healthcare providers in a defined geography.

You will deploy sales strategies for approved products and work to grow sales volume and market share while complying with FDA and OIG guidelines. You will develop deep disease-state knowledge of Acute Intermittent Porphyria, Cystinosis and NAGS deficiency, build durable relationships, and collaborate with internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; scientific degree or coursework is a plus.
• Proven track record in Rare Diseases/metabolic sales or biotech.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy model and patient services hub preferred.
• Regulatory knowledge (FDA, OIG, PhRMA guidelines) beneficial.

• Create territory plans using market insights to drive awareness and revenue.
