Job summary

Recordati Rare Diseases North America is seeking a Rare Disease Account Manager to lead promotional relationships and drive business results in assigned geography. You will build sustainable relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders to expand access to Recordati’s rare disease portfolio.

You will develop territory strategies, leverage insights, and collaborate with local HCPs to ensure appropriate prescribing and revenue growth while maintaining strict compliance with industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; scientific degree a plus.
• 5–9 years sales experience in Rare Diseases.
• Experience with products managed under a specialty pharmacy model is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Acute Intermittent Porphyria (AIP), Cystinosis and NAGS deficiency.
• Develop and implement territory strategies to build awareness and identify appropriate patients.
• Achieve or exceed sales performance targets.
• Manage budget to support sales and marketing activity.
• Represent Recordati Rare Diseases at industry functions and events with high ethical standards.
• Maintain compliance with FDA and OIG guidelines.
