Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, messaging, testing, and client communications. You will oversee end-to-end account health, optimize budgets and creatives, and drive booked appointments and qualified leads for financial advisors.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and collaborate across copy, video, and analytics teams to improve funnel performance and client retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience
• Experience leading client-facing strategy conversations
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills
• Experience with conversion tracking and marketing automation
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet performance targets

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance and strategy
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations
• Build client relationships to support retention and referrals
• Identify and address account risks and opportunities
• Write direct-response ad copy and video script variations
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and creative
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversion events
