Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist to own a portfolio of client accounts within our performance marketing practice.

You’ll manage Meta campaigns, lead client calls, and translate results into clear recommendations for high-net-worth prospects. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you’ll drive campaign performance, ensure retention, and coordinate tracking setups and automations to deliver measurable, cost-effective appointments for our financial

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to meet performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary client contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance, strategy, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build relationships to support retention and referrals.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead routing.
• Monitor daily performance and adjust based on CPA and other metrics.
