FIXX Energy in Smyrna, Tennessee is seeking a MES Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the Manufacturing Execution System, ensuring smooth operation through configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and repair tasks.

You will be embedded in the plant’s heartbeat, collaborating with colleagues, developers, testers, and end users to ensure technical compatibility, user satisfaction, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education/experience will be considered.
• Experience with database queries and data analysis is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and independent working style is expected.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to the local Manufacturing Execution System.
• Triage hardware/software failures in server and network components.
• Use SQL to develop ad-hoc queries for troubleshooting and reporting.
• Provide end-user training and maintain documentation.
